The point of the Democratic Convention -- to put the Dem's message out to America -- was totally lost on Charlize Theron who arrived at the Denver Airport in attack mode.

Charlize went nuts on our cameraman, who asked her about her support of Barack Obama. She would be the only person in Denver -- far as we know -- who apparently views the Convention as a private affair, peons not invited.

It's possible she's in town for a film festival, but still, she's a vocal Barack supporter and we're guessin' she knows the Convention's in town.

An actress who played a waitress on "Everybody Loves Raymond" has filed a lawsuit against a grocery chain and Alcoa, claiming she cut herself on a teeth of a wax-paper box, like 4 million people do every month.

Valerie DeKeyser is going after Vons and the aluminum company, claiming she got a bad box of Cut Right paper. As she put it, the box "differed from other ostensibly identical units of the same product."

No word yet from Vons or Alcoa, but we have an idea for a response -- ha ha ha.

Having a drink at 8:31in the morning is Bobby Brown's prerogative. He can do what he wants to do.
Bobby B. enjoyed a double Grey Goose on the rocks early yesterday morning before a flight at LAX. Check out the time on the actual bar tab. BTW, he didn't tip.

It was either a bad way to start the day or a great way to end the night.
