Update ‘er’ Star To Pay Child Support For 8-month-old

Visnjic, who plays Dr. Luka Kovac on the NBC series "ER," has agreed to pay child support for the daughter of Mirela Rupic. Rupic, 36, sued Visnjic earlier this year, claiming Visnjic was the father. The child is now 8 months old. At the hearing Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007, before a Zagreb court, Visnjic's lawyer, Marijan Hanzekovic, said the 35-year-old actor agreed to pay $1,800 a month in child support. Goran Visnjic has agreed to pay child support for the infant daughter of a Croatian woman. Mirela Rupic, 36, had sued Visnjic, claiming he is the father of her 8-month-old child.
